We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. No credit card is required to start your trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Zupricer provides automated pricing tools, but you are solely responsible for your pricing decisions and their consequences. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including Buy Box wins, sales increases, or profit margins.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUPRICER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zupricer regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
